Level gives 10% of monthly profit to 10 highly effective charities. Each charity receives 1% of monthly profit.
Transparent forever.
The pledge is designed to be a company-level commitment, not a temporary campaign. Level runs leanly, calculates monthly profit after ordinary operating costs, and routes a fixed share of the upside toward measurable good.
The first charity roster is not final yet. It will be selected using current public charity-effectiveness research, listed equally, and updated transparently if the evidence changes.
